We guarantee to return or refund any item purchased on our website that is received by the customer as Dead on Arrival (DoA), or not working as it is supposed to be, provided that the return or refund request is generated by the customer within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. Furthermore, the product when returned to us should be in the same condition as customer has received, so that it can be sent to manufacturer for claim as new and not used. Due to the nature of Flash Sale on Special Prices, or bulk buying, wholesale discounts, or w.r.t. the COVID-19 Pandemic, we can refuse returns, exchange or refund on some products, that may not be permitted to be restocked or resold. The logistic charges of return and in case of a resend, both are to be billed to customer.
