For a limited time, delivery all over Pakistan is FREE for all orders under 3KG in total weight.
However, orders above 3KG in weight or having a large volumetric size will be be charged as per weight. In this case, you will be notified by our dispatch team about the shipping fee that the courier company will charge.
Your order will be shipped from Lahore (Pakistan) dispatch center. In case you would like to self pickup your order, please select Pickup option at checkout. For self pickup, you must place an order online to receive a "Ready for Pickup" notification. Pickup location: https://fspk.app/map (Timings: 3:00-6:00pm Mon-Sat).
We deliver all over Pakistan, to over 430 cities/villages via tracked courier services. However, you are requested to check with us first if your delivery address is not in a major city/village.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not possible. After 9 years in operation, we have built a strong community of customers who believe in our commitment towards service with our very own inhouse inventory. Only prepaid orders via Bank Transer, Raast, Credit/Debit Card, easypaisa, JazzCash, Digitt+, Zindigi, OPay, Sadapay, nayapay or self pickup will be processed. If you have an issue with prepaid, please ask someone to collect your order and pay cash at our dispatch center in Lahore (Pk).

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched same day, and tracking information shared by 11:00 PM via SMS and E-mail. Package snapshot is sent via WhatsApp or E-mail, whenever requested.
If your order is prepaid, you can expect it within 1-3 days at your doorstep! However, in some cases of suburbs / rural villages, delivery times may vary up to 5 days.
Orders normally take 2-3 working days. Rural areas might take up to 5 days and this will be carried out via courier or Pakistan Postal Service. .
If the weather, health or political conditions are unfavorable in your region, please understand for any unavoidable delays that are out of our control.
Prepaid orders from regular customers in Lahore are normally attempted to be delivered same day by 6:00 PM, when they are placed before 11:00 AM. Excluded areas are Bahria Town, Sunder Industrial Estate, Shahdra, Walled City, and other areas outside Ring Road's vicinity.
Wholesale and bulk orders are not facilitated with this service.
LIVE tracking is available when requested via WhatsApp. Services are outsourced to Careem, Bykea, inDrive, Yango, pandago (foodpanda), or own delivery rider.
